1. Who We Are
JalsaX is a Hyderabad-based digital growth agency operating at JalsaX.com. We design, deploy and operate lead-generation pipelines for local SMEs across 10+ defined niches.
2. Data We Collect
Two kinds. First, information you voluntarily submit through our forms: name, business name, niche selection, WhatsApp mobile number, and free-form message. Second, web analytics about how you use JalsaX.com — pages viewed, referrer, approximate location (city/region from IP), device and browser, and interaction patterns — collected through the tools listed in the next section to improve the site.
3. Cookies & Analytics
On JalsaX.com we use: Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps — recordings of on-page interactions, with text inputs masked so your form entries are never captured); Google Analytics 4 (traffic and audience measurement); PostHog (product analytics, EU-hosted); and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (privacy-first, cookieless performance metrics). Clarity, GA4 and PostHog set cookies and only run after you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner. Vercel's tools are cookieless and run regardless. You can decline with “Reject non-essential” at any time. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
4. How We Route Your Data
Any form or phone inputs captured via JalsaX forms are securely routed to the independent local SME operator who owns the campaign. Analytics data is processed only by the analytics providers named above under their own terms. JalsaX does not resell, syndicate, or share your data with any third-party aggregator, marketing list broker, or advertising network.
5. Legal Basis & Consent (India DPDP 2023 · EU GDPR)
For visitors in India, we process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: form submissions on the basis of your explicit consent and our legitimate interest in fulfilling the service you requested; first-party, cookieless site analytics on the basis of legitimate interest; and cookie-based analytics only after your opt-in. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the same processing rests on GDPR Article 6 — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for cookie-based analytics and marketing, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for first-party cookieless analytics and for fulfilling your request. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time by choosing “Reject non-essential,” clearing your browser storage for this site, or contacting +91 93913 54201.
6. Data Retention
Lead data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil your request, plus a 12-month statutory window for audit purposes. Analytics data follows each provider's retention window (Clarity and GA4 default to a rolling period, typically up to 12–14 months). After that, records are anonymised or permanently deleted.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email contact@jalsax.com or WhatsApp +91 93913 54201 to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
All form transmissions are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Webhook destinations (Make.com, Google Sheets) are scoped to the assigned operator only. Admin access to the JalsaX client portal is restricted by two-factor authentication.
9. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days before taking effect.
